Examples:

Clicked "MC run from mouse" it went to how to make a button invisible.
* Clicked back in same area, it went to the Pre-loader screen.

Clicked "MC jumps" it went to MC runs away.
* Clicked back in same area, it went to the Pre-loader screen.

Clicked "Invisible Button" it went to Follows mouse.
* Clicked back in same area, it went to the Pre-loader screen.

"Follows Mouse" is the only menu item that worked right.

WORST TUTORIAL EVER.

Sorry, ill fix them, ASAP.

Don't listen to the last guy.

Microsoft's Freecell is trash.

Pretty good job, this is a solid game.

Neat....

But even with the rules, I was still somewhat confused as to what was going on. Making the directions clearer, and maybe making colored differences in your turn, and the computers, would help too.

GREAT!

Defiantly a top 50 spot here on NG waiting for this submission.

Graphics: Well, There could have been more to the aesthetic side, but I think you did a great job with the layout, and trying to keep the game smooth looking without slowing down to much.

Style: The keyboard shaped ships perfectly fit the game. Nice touch with the lights around the display that went with the different corresponding beats.

Sound: The music was on point. Everything matched up perfectly. Not my favorite as beats go, but it was not annoying, and worked great with the game.

Violence: Not much here really, blow up ships, defeat sun boss, but nothing that really fit in as violence.

Interactivity: Well. The whole damn game was interactive! it depends on you to make the music, destroy different colors for different beats. Plus you had a nice menu set up at the main screen too.

Humor: The one thing I found funny, was the sound the boss makes when yo shoot him, nice touch there too.

Good Concept

Graphics: Smooth, well shaped, but some extra shading would have made them look better, plus, slightly better graphics than SR v.1.

Style: I had the feeling of playing a game geared towards the thirteen and down crowd. Not exactly Newgrounds intended age group.
6

Sound: A great improvement over SR v.1, sound loop didn't fight the action to me, but better than nothing.
8

Violence: Well, you bomb, and blow up stuff...

Interactivity: Key assignment was well placed, and at least you seem to have the right idea of making your own buttons. Unless this was a kit game, or demo, you seem to know your action script. By the way, you know NG offers a free to download, and customizable pre-loader, that is already scripted for you?

Humor: None.

Overall: Well, you really should have made some bigger changes to upload v.2.0, but the effort is noticed. Good design, but no pre-loader, lack of fitting background music, and the whole "kiddy" feel of the game brings my score of the game down to a five. Make bigger and better changes before uploading a v.3.0. Like crashing when you hit buildings, or trees, sound clips for the plane moving, bigger changes to graphics like a cell shading style.

Cool...

but it needs work.

Plus that god damn music was annoying as hell. As for the graphics, you could have done something better than just a red circle saying "owned."

Interesting though, I gave it a 4 for score.

AnonymousFlash responds:

thanks well its not really spost to have 'perfect' graphics. its just a simple little holiday flash game to get people in the mood for the upcoming holidays! but thanks

Not bad.....

at all for a Christmas game.

Now go make a Hanukkah & Kwanzaa game, before you insult anyone.....

>_<

Keep up the good work.

faye-smith responds:

lol, thanks... I would but no offense, I don't know anything about Hanukkah or any other religious holidays sorry
I am but a simple person that celebrates birthdays and christmas :)

LOL

Now that.....was fun.

Good job on the game, but the movement locks up, you can still jump and move, but sometimes the arrow keys left & right, do not respond at all.

May I suggest adding more to the game, like power-ups, and different enemies? The actions goes by too fast for one extra UFO per level. One per two levels would make it a little more easy to play longer.

HotBabyBryan responds:

we wanted it so you toggle when you're aiming. Maybe it wasnt such a great idea, but we'll definately considder all of your suggestions if we decide to make a second one.

Needs a lot of work, but a good job so far.

I gave this a 5, so don't misunderstand what I'm about to say, or how I judged it.

First off, you could have made the graphics better, by adding a better background, or making it switch when you get longer. Plus making the "snake" just a square was just ugly.

You also need to check your code again, because the block appeared outside of the level, and I could not continue unless I died.

Making the snake go slower would also be a dramatic improvement, because I could not even get it to turn around, and go along side itself.

A sound loop would have made this a better game as well.

orbx1 responds:

Thanks alot for all the tips/suggestions, i will take them all into account while making the next version.

I love it!

This game is cool, a lot of effort went into this project, and it shows. Although I had to give you an 8 for music because of the beavis & butthead music. Good job all around though.
